I was never exposed to the artist life as neither of my parents can sing, draw or play instruments. However, they did expose me to travel and an eye for good taste.

I started a conventional corporate career, which rapidly became unconventional as I landed in Ethiopia in July 97. I stayed on the African continent for almost 10 years… half of my adult life.

Later, I returned to Africa (with a camera this time) and I realised the pleasure I had in looking trough the lens. I haven’t stopped taking pictures since. I had my first exhibition in Dec 08.

I now work as a freelance photographer in London and in South of France. I run North London Photo Studio where I do most of the Portraits shoots.

Thanks to my marketing background, I am able to add value in commercial photography through great understanding of the commercial objectives.

I also specialised in Aviation photography.

J’ai grandi sans que mes parents consacrent beaucoup de temps à la pratique des Arts. En revanche, ils m’ont donné le gout du voyage et le sens de l’esthétique et du beau.

J’ai suivi une carrière dite conventionnelle dans le marketing. Elle cessa d'être conventionnelle en 1997 lors de mon premier séjour en Ethiopie. Je suis resté en Afrique presque 10 ans.

Et puis un jour, je suis retourné en Afrique en empruntant un appareil photo semi pro, et ce fut une révélation. Je voyais à travers mon objectif des choses que je n’avais jamais vu avant. Depuis, je ne me déplace plus sans mon appareil. J’ai fait ma première expo en décembre 2008.

Je travaille maintenant en tant que photographe indépendant à Londres et dans le sud de la France. J’ai ouvert un Studio, North London Photo Studio où je fais la plupart de mes portraits.

Grâce à mon expérience du marketing, je garde toujours à l’esprit le contexte et les objectifs de chaque photo, ce qui me permet de travailler efficacement, surtout pour des commissions à but commercial et publicitaire.
